BAL-SAKSHAM™ is a gentle, learner-friendly readiness and competency assessment designed for Pre-School Facilitators and Care Givers. It helps participants understand their current skills and prepares them for a meaningful learning journey through MEPSC-certified training programs.
BAL-SAKSHAM™ (Bal = Child | Saksham = Capable) is a baseline competency discovery tool created by Suchona Sishu Siksha Kendra. It is not an exam and does not disqualify anyone. The assessment helps facilitators and caregivers recognize their strengths, identify learning needs, and enter MEPSC training with confidence.
