What is BAL-SAKSHAM™?

BAL-SAKSHAM™ (Bal = Child | Saksham = Capable) is a baseline competency discovery tool created by Suchona Sishu Siksha Kendra. It is not an exam and does not disqualify anyone. The assessment helps facilitators and caregivers recognize their strengths, identify learning needs, and enter MEPSC training with confidence.
